The pump food 1G2-OPD (50-1Ts7, 1-31) - on a design centrifugal, one-stage, console-monoblock with the closed blades of an impeller, not self-soaking up. The pump is installed without foundation on three legs. All parts of the pump that interact with the pumped product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and materials approved for use in the food industry. The pump cover is pressed against the pump housing by means of a clamp. The rubber ring is used to seal the working chamber of the pump, formed by the housing and the cover of the pump. The pump cover has a threaded fitting in the center, to which a suction pipe is attached with a cap nut. Inside the pump chamber, an impeller is installed, fixed with a nut on the tip, pressed on the motor shaft and fixed with a pin.
The end seal of the pump 1G2-OPD creates tightness in the place of passage of a tip in the pump chamber. The seal consists of an seal, a sleeve and a sprocket. The discharge pipe fitting is attached to the outlet pipe of the pump housing by means of a cap nut through the seal ring. A protective cover is installed to protect the motor from water ingress.
