The MXF series of fixed stator single-screw pumps from Liverani with stainless steel housing are designed for pumping food and chemical liquids, viscous, thick liquids and liquids with suspended solids. The MXF series of sanitary pumps meets the latest standards and is ideal for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries. The complete sanitary design, which complies with EHEDG and 3A standards, ensures maximum sanitation. These pumps have the highest rating for Clean in Place and Sterilisation in Place procedures. The pump geometry is specially designed for complete drainage and the avoidance of dead zones. Each individual component is manufactured with the utmost attention to detail and is thoroughly cleaned. Like the parts in contact with the product, the block construction, base/carriage are also made of stainless steel.
