Vacuum pump 2BE - only water can be used as a working medium. It works in systems for pumping out inert gases insoluble in water, aggressive gases or simply for air dilution (creating a vacuum). "Water ring" - means that the working fluid is water. Wide application indicates the versatility of the unit and its operational properties. Petroleum, chemical, paper, construction, mining, metallurgical, food, medical, etc. The arrangement of the pump units and working chamber does not require lubrication and additional oil pumps, unlike other vacuum units. This reduces labor costs and the cost of consumables. The rotor is located coaxially to the electric motor and has a proportional shape. This prevents unbalancing and causes stable, long-term operation. When the pump is running, all important gaps in the working chamber are filled with water. The consequence of this is the absence of friction between the working bodies, and the result is reliability and durability.
Water ring vacuum pumping equipment has a high degree of reliability, durability and efficiency, therefore, it has proven itself in a wide variety of industrial fields and areas, the main of which are:
* chemical industry: distillation, crystallization of coloring compounds and agricultural fertilizers; drying of organic solvents, synthetic fibers, aminoplasts, polyethylene materials; dissolution, sorption of toxic gases and hazardous liquid media; vacuum impregnation during the production of capacitors, electric motors, cables, transformer installations, etc.;
* woodworking and pulp industry: production cycles for drying, processing and processing of wood; vacuum filtration and manufacture of cellulose; production of paper and cardboard materials, etc.
• * metallurgical industry: the use of VVN in production cycles associated with powder metallurgy; manufacture of superconductors, ultrapure compounds, laser crystals, etc.
• * machine-building industry;
• food industry: production of brewing malt; freeze-drying of food products; distillation of alcoholic beverages; desalination of water environment; the evaporation of moisture in sugar production, etc.;
• optics: vacuum elyuminirovanie mirror surfaces, enlightenment, optical equipment, etc.;
• pharmaceutical industry: purification of medicinal raw materials; the production and storage of medicines, etc.;
• construction industry: degassing ceramic and clay raw materials, etc.;
• perfume and cosmetic industry.
The excess pressure at the suction can reach 33 mBar (vacuum degree – 97%). If the vacuum pump operates under a constant gas pressure below 80 mBar, the protective cavitation pipe must be connected. If the pump is equipped with an air ejector, the suction pressure can reach 10 mBar. The ejector can be installed directly on the pump.
