Centrifugal pumps are a series of pumping equipment that belong to centrifugal pumps with dynamic action. The main element is the impeller with radially arranged blades. Due to this design, the pumps have an almost linear Q-H characteristic and are capable of generating high pressure (up to 19 bars for single-stage pumps).
These pumps are self-priming, meaning they can draw liquid below the pump axis. The shape of the impeller allows for the presence of air bubbles in the liquid. The variety of materials used in the flow part – bronze, brass, cast iron, stainless steel – allows centrifugal pumps to be used in various industries for pumping different products (milk, beer, juice, water, thermal oil, oil, silicone, ethanol, etc.).
