The mechanical seal for the shaft of chemical pumps R-10R is used at temperatures from -20 to + 220°C, with a pressure of up to 0.8 MPa and a rotation speed of up to 13 m/sec. It has maximum corrosion resistance. An analogue of the seals John Crane 10R, 113, 153/153, is used to replace oil seals in chemical pumps X, XM, AX, etc. The stationary part is made of ceramics with fluoroplastic gaskets. The friction pair ring of the stationary part is replaceable, unlike the R-10T type (thanks to this, the R-10T can operate at higher static and pulsating pressures).
